Cultivator (tiller) Model SS600
The Model SS600 is available as a:
- Cultivator (tiller) machine package – does not include the mower
- Mower-only - machine package – does not include tillage components or motor, teeth, or cleanup tools
- Tiller/mower combo - Choose the SS600 tiller (cultivator) and add the 3875 Mower Attachment as an interchangeable option. (OR you can also easily add the 3875 Mower attachment later.)
You have a choice of five different Rotor sizes on tillage models. Choose Rotors that will produce a 24”(61 cm), 20”(51 cm), 16”(41 cm), 14”(36 cm), or 10”(25 cm) tilled swath. Rotors are interchangeable. We help you to determine which Rotor or Rotor sizes are best for your needs.
Multiple arm positions for many jobs
The Model SS600 Weed Badger features a Selector Bracket with three hookups positions, plus 3-way Selector Box, adding more possibilities. Add the optional Angle Link to achieve a wide range of arm positions for a variety of jobs.
Position the arm to the right or left side for in-row tillage. Move it to the forward position as shown in the photo for sweeping out areas of weeds and cultivating soil in tight, hard to reach spots and corners. Parks and recreation departments use this feature for aerating and reconditioning mulch in playgrounds and parks.

Can’t see your Model SS600 Weed Badger because of the protective cage on your skid steer loader? You will with the Angle Link Kit. It moves the rotor out ahead at a 30-degree angle for increased visibility. You’ll see another immediate benefit. The rotor is moved in and out of the row with considerably less skid loader steering required. Increase your speed at the same time you improve comfort.
The Angle Link Kit is included as standard equipment with new Model SS600 machine orders.
Exclusive Posi-Depth system maintains accurate tillage depth
The exclusive Posi-Depth System is standard on the Model SS600. Till shallow rooted crops worry-free with the Posi-Depth system. Posi-Depth system continuously maintains accurate depth control while you cultivate. This Weed Badger standard feature prevents the root damage caused by other tillers.
The adjustable tillage depth system also allows you to adjust for wear on the teeth (digging tines). Confidently cultivate and aerate one to four inches (2.5 to 10 cm) deep or just skim the soil surface.

Brush Rake
Go beyond weed control. Add optional equipment and make the Model SS600 a multitasking landscape and maintenance tool. Here are just a few of the jobs it will help you accomplish:
- Mow in-the-row in nurseries, vineyards, orchards, and berry farms. Mow along building foundations, under hedgerows, ponds, ditch banks, road shoulders, masonry and stone walls.
- Rake brush, limbs, and branches after pruning. Also perform in-row, undercanopy, and fall cleanup with the Brush Rake Attachment.
- Sweep trash, leaves, and debris out of trees, ornamental plants, shrubs, and other plantings with the Sweeper/Tiller Attachment.
- Cultivate garden and bedded areas with standard Magnum Coil Teeth, Super Magnum Coil Teeth, or the Cyclone Spade Attachment.

You will find hundreds of uses around the farm or ranch …as many as you can imagine. It’s not just for weed control. Eliminate backbreaking and tedious hand labor.
- Reach into corners, under fences or panels, along lot edges, under feed bunks, and in gutters. Loosen and move manure away for easy cleanup. Use an SS600 instead of a pitchfork!
